Brass Lyon Sales and Return Policy
Our Sales and return Policy is that YOU, the
consumer should expect the highest level of Customer Satisfaction and Service
from the Brass Lyon.
Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been
damaged during shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY. A replacement will be
sent to you after you notify us. We will authorize returns or exchanges within
thirty (30) days following the receipt of your shipment. All returns MUST be
new, unused and contain ALL original product packaging and accessories.
Shipping and handling charges ARE NOT refundable. Returns must be made in
original condition and in the item's original packaging, double boxed and
appropriately insured. Items that have been assembled, painted or altered in any
way from the original condition CANNOT be accepted as a return.
So that we can supervise proper handling of exchanges or credits, we must be
aware of the return BEFORE it is sent back. Upon notification we will issue you
a Return Authorization Code Number. Returned items must be received by us within
2 weeks of our Returned Merchandise Authorization and have the Return
Authorization Code Number clearly written on the shipping container. If there is
no Return Authorization Code number on the container
